Meet Atlanta Police Sgt. Marc Theodule and Officer Bridget Citizen. The two porkers were restraining one Ms. Ashley Samuel on July 26, when Ms. Samuel spit on the “Good” Sergeant’s pants and shoes. Oinker Sgt. Theodule responded by kicking his handcuffed victim in the face, while she lay prone on the ground. Sow Citizen was suspended for letting him do it.
