A sampling of thugs, henchmen, racists, murderers, rapists, child predators, kidnappers, sadists, torturers, arsonists, and their ilk — all from American Law Enforcement.
Many of these people have not yet been tried or convicted, and are presumed innocent of crimes unless proven guilty. Given the inherent bias of our criminal justice system, most of the accused below are likely to be acquitted of their charges. You know: as if they are “not guilty.”
What matters to me is that they made the news in the first place. Guilty or not in the court of law, these people aren’t innocent victims in the court of public opinion. They’re dirty cops. And they reflect on all of their cohorts. I mean, coworkers.

Oxford, Mississippi Police Officer Matthew Kinne, Guilty of Murdering his girlfriend. July 30, 2021.
Atlanta Police Sgt. Marc Theodule, who kicked a handcuffed woman in the head on July 26, 2021; and his sidekick, Officer Bridget Citizen, who failed to intervene. Both were suspended pending investigation. Notice that it’s another supervisor who did the kicking. That’s teaching his direct reports how to conduct themselves, isn’t it. August 1, 2021.
Doniphan County, Kansas, Sheriff’s deputy Nathaniel M. Keller. Arrested on charges of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, sexual exploitation of a child, aggravated indecent liberties of a child; and aggravated domestic battery, criminal threat, and criminal damage to property. June 24, 2021.
Pinellas County, Florida, Sheriff’s Deputy Kenneth Kimberlin. Arrested for filing false reports online. June 24, 2021.
San Bernardino, California, Sheriff’s Sergeant Marc Goodwin. Arrested on child pornography charges. June 24, 2021.
Jason Bragg McIntosh, of Birmingham PD, Mountain Brook PD, and Hoover PD. Convicted of Murdering his wife after repeated arrests for domestic violence. March 31, 2021.
Tacoma Police Department Officers Christopher Burbank and Matthew Collins have been charged with second-degree murder of Mr. Manuel Ellis. Officer Timothy Rankine has been charged with first-degree manslaughter in the case. Could their duck caps look any doofier? May 27, 2021.
Bexar County, Texas, Sheriff’s Deputy Toribio Gutierrez. Arrested for misdemeanor charges of indecent assault and official oppression, May 11, 2021.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Samuelito Quijano, arrested for Grand Larceny, etc. etc. etc. May 23, 2021.
St. Paul, Minnesota, Police Officer Brett Palkowitsch used his police dog to brutally maul Mr. Frank Amal Baker while arresting him for an armed robbery. That Baker didn’t commit. Six years in the federal pen for civil rights violations. May 21, 2021
Loveland Colorado Police Officers Austin Hopp and Daria Jalali, arrested for assault on 73-year-old dementia patient Karen Garner. May 19, 2021.
Charleston County Sheriff’s Sgt. Lindsay Fickett and Detention Deputy Brian Houle, fired for “their role” in the (“alleged”) brutalizing and (confirmed) killing of Jamal Sutherland, a Black man in their custody. On body cam video. The whole nine yards. May 17, 2021.
Long Branch New Jersey Cop Christopher Walls: 19-year veteran of the force. Arrested for cooking meth in his home lab, and oh yeah, for child endangerment, May 16 2021.
Huntsville police officer William Ben Darby: convicted murderer. Staunchly defended by his department. May 7, 2021.

Wilkinson County, Georgia, Sheriff’s deputy Cody Richard Griggers: convicted on one illegal weapons count (11 guns including a machine gun); self-admitted racist and White extremist Georgia pig. April 30, 2021.
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, police officer Kim Potter, 26-year veteran cop, “accidently” killed Daunte Wright on April 11, 2021. She was training new officers in how to make a traffic stop.
