Twenty-one House Republicans on Tuesday voted against awarding the Congressional Gold Medal to all police officers who responded to the Jan. 6 violent attack on the Capitol by a pro-Trump mob.
The measure passed the House with overwhelming, bipartisan support from 406 lawmakers….

These are your people, cops.
These are the people you thought you bought, paid for, and had in your pockets.
These are the people you chose to support with your money and your votes.
These are the people you think have your backs.
Your “profession” is the most ignorant, most contemptable, most disreputable trade in the U.S. You give your unwavering support to people who just see you as easily manipulated, useful idiots and tools.
And you eat it up.
And you prove them right, time after time.
Your support of these people infuriates me. You’re a bunch of lap dogs. Thugs with guns and badges. Criminals on the public dole. And dumber than door nails.
If you want respect, you have to earn it — and you just keep going 180 degrees in the wrong direction.
