You gotta love the GOP’s steadfast commitment to calloused indifference and indecency. I like it so much I’ve adopted it myself.

Not happy with only half a million HOAX COVID deaths around the country, Texas Repugnants have also arranged a perfect storm for killing off their own weak and infirm: they deregulated their “stand-alone” (read: isolated) power grid, let capitalist competition drive prices — and maintenance — into the ground, and let it fail in a massive winter blizzard.
It’s social Darwinism in action, baby!
If you’re following the “FAKE NEWS,” you’re probably aware that the entire state of Texas lost power during this past week’s massive winter storm. The results have been rather catastrophic, and the cadavers have been piling up (on top of the COVID cadavers).
And here’s a snippet of the responses of the state’s top leaders:
Sen. Ted Cruz was discovered to have slipped off to Mexico on Wednesday night, only to announce his return when he was caught in the act. Gov. Greg Abbott came under fire over his leadership and misleading claims about the causes of the power outages. And former Gov. Rick Perry suggested Texans preferred power failures to federal regulation, a callous note in a moment of widespread suffering.

The words “worm shit” spring to mind.
Do you want to know more?
3 Million Texas households without power
12 Million Texans without water
Hospitals without power and water
President Biden is going to declare the storm a major disaster.
Rick Perry, former Texas Governer, had this to say:
“Texans would be without electricity for longer than three days to keep the federal government out of their business,” Perry is quoted as saying. “Try not to let whatever the crisis of the day is take your eye off of having a resilient grid that keeps America safe personally, economically, and strategically.”
Houston Chronicle, February 17, 2021, “Perry says Texans willing to suffer blackouts to keep feds out of power market.”
And all the while, it’s his power grid that failed! Talk about resilience….
Unmentioned by Perry: He was governor in 2011, when experts recommended winterizing the power grid.

Not a bone of kindness in their bodies, these Repugnants. Nor a gram of integrity.
And you wonder how Ted Cruz could absolve Trump for killing cops?
Remember kiddies, you bought it. Just how stupid are you?
You get just what you get. The simple truth is always the best

Or, we could put it another way that them Texans — and cops — might understand more gooder:
Yippee-Ki-Yay, Motherf*****s.
